Terms and Conditions for Esti.Nieu.Photography

  1. Booking and Payment:
    • To secure your booking, please pay the full amount into the specified account within 3 days of receiving this form. Proof of payment (email notification) should be sent to info@estinieu.com.
  2. Editing Timeline:
    • Expect the edited images within 4-6 weeks, barring public holidays. When ready, you will receive a link to view your images online.  For couple and pet sessions, within 6 weeks. If for any reason they are not delivered by this timeframe, I communicate this with my couples so they are not in the dark.
  3. Image Rights:
    • All images remain the exclusive property of Esti.Nieu.Photography.
    • Personal usage rights are granted to the client upon full payment.
    • Usage rights are limited to personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • For competitions or non-commercial media placements, credit must be given to Esti.Nieu.Photography.
    • Editing or altering of images by anyone other than Esti.Nieu.Photography or its agents is not permitted.
  4. Promotional Use:
    • By accepting these terms, you grant Esti.Nieu.Photography permission to use photos from your session for promotional purposes.
  5. Liability Release:
    • The client exempts and releases Esti.Nieu.Photography, its staff, and agents from liability for any personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring before, during, or after the photo session.
  6. Health and Safety:
    • The client confirms that all participants are in good health and will inform the photographer of any medical conditions that may affect the session.
  7. Session Details:
    • Sessions typically last about 90 minutes, potentially longer with more pets.
    • The end result cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.
  8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    • If you are more than 40 minutes late, consider your session cancelled and a reschedule necessary.
    • Two or more cancellations may lead to refusal of future service.
    • Please notify us as soon as possible for rescheduling to avoid fees.
  9. Collection and Delivery:
    • We do not offer delivery. You can collect final if ordered, or we can arrange a courier service at your expense.
  10. Pricing and Sales:
    • Prices are subject to change.
    • All sales are final.
  11. Image Ownership:
    • Raw/Unedited images are not included in the service.

  12. Do you give unedited/raw images?

    * Sorry no raw or unedited pics. I believe half of the magic is in the editing and I take alot of pride in editing my images.

  13. Agreement to Terms:
    • By paying the deposit and signing the booking form, you agree to these terms.
  14. Image Retention:
    • Images will be kept for 3 months post-shoot.
  15. Digital Reproduction:
    • Reproducing digital or printed products through screenshots, photography, or video is prohibited.
  16. Session Participants:
    • The fee covers up to 2 people and 2 pets. Please inform us of any additional participants. Additional fees may apply.
  17. Refund Policy:
    • The session fee is non-refundable.
  18. Unforeseen Circumstances:
    • Contact us to reschedule in case of illness or other unforeseen events. The session fee can be applied once to a new date.
  19. Photographer’s Rights:
    • The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness or emergencies.

  20. Do you photoshop your couples?

    • I will photoshop simple blemishes that are temporary like a bruise or scratch but I believe in promoting self-love and a positive self-image so I won’t make anyone skinnier. You are beautiful just the way you are.
